The Fit For Life Supernatural 7 Day Detox / Cleansing System is a two phase supernatural seven day program designed to cleanse and detoxify the entire body. We recommend that the product be taken with the specific amount of water with each serving along with additional water intake throughout the afternoon, and evening, to maximize the result of this program.

 

The recommended diet for the supernatural seven day cleansing program is as follows:

 

Breakfast:

One bowl of oatmeal or cream of wheat,  with honey or natural sweetener. 8 ounces of distilled water with lemon or lime. 

Or. One whole grapefruit (pink), two slices of whole wheat toast, or one brand muffin, and 8 ounces of distilled water.

 

Midmorning snack:

Pear, apple, banana, bowl of melon select one. 

 

Lunch:

No meat, one cup of peas, pinto, lima beans, green beans, or lentils, or one and 1/2 cup of steamed vegetables. Select one. 8 ounces of distilled water with lemon or lime.

OR - one large mixed salad with tomato and low calorie dressing and 8 ounces of distilled water with lemon or lime.

 

Afternoon snack:

Select one midmorning snack or a medium mixed salad with tomato and low-calorie dressing.

 

Dinner:

One brown muffin or one slice of whole wheat bread, one cup of steamed vegetables or sala,d with 8 ounces of distilled water with lemon or lime.

 

Substitutions: any of the vegetable selections for lunch or dinner may be replaced with one of the following vegetables: one and 1/2 cups of cauliflower, green beans, okra, spinach, corn, broccoli, or cabbage.

 

If experiencing slow bowel movements, add 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil, with breakfast and dinner during the supernatural seven day detox cleansing system.
